On Site Project Management – Praemium Technology provides our clients with the management staff necessary to complete individual or multiple projects. There are verdana when you need to have extra management staff to complete a particular project or a phase of a project but you don’t see a need to retain the person on a permanent basis. Praemium Technology has successfully come in and managed multiple projects on multiple platforms for our clients through out the Chicagoland area. We understand the importance of meeting the deadlines and budgets when implementing the technology.

On Site Project Development – PTCI has over 20 years of experience providing knowledge based solutions to mid to large sized businesses who want to continue their leadership within their industry. During this time, we have mastered assisting our clients with their project based needs. Our Project Managers work hard to ensure our team members remain on task to deliver a product that aligns with the client’s selected methodology and technology platforms within the time frame desired.

Staff Augmentation – Praemium Technology will provide you with consultants with various technology backgrounds to help you meet your deadlines and goals when extra hands are needed but only for a certain time frame. We will bring in a consultant on the level you desire whether it be a manager, a business analyst, a technical expert, a general developer to write code or a quality assurance tester to ensure the business user is fully satisfied with the end application.

Contract for Hire Employment – Praemium Technology will do the recruiting work for you when additional full time resources are needed but you don’t have the time to do the initial leg work. PTCI will source for candidates based on the requirements you give us and present only the best candidates that fit your needs. If you meet the candidate and feel they would be the right fit for your company, you can “test drive” them by paying us to have them work for you anywhere from 4 – 6 months before you make the decision that the candidate is a great fit for your team.
